We provide a complete range of general dental services, which includes fillings, cosmetic dentistry, crown and bridge, dentures, root canals and extractions. Nitrous Oxide sedation is available. We welcome patients with dental emergencies.
 

Your First Visit

During your first visit, a thorough examination will be completed. This exam will include necessary x-rays as well as the use of other aids, which may be necessary in order to make an accurate diagnosis of the condition of your mouth, teeth, and gums. In most instances, your dental condition will be determined at this visit, and a suitable treatment plan will be discussed with you.

Office Hours

Our office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The office is closed for lunch 1:00 to 2:00 PM daily. We provide an after-hours emergency service, and make every effort to address emergency problems for patients of the practice in a timely fashion.

Emergency Service  

We will make every effort to address emergency problems for patients of the practice in a timely fashion. An emergency service is also available for dental problems that might arise after-hours.

Payment of Services

We expect payment as services are rendered. Upon request an estimate of fees will be provided. We accept cash, check, bankcard, and Visa, MasterCard or Discover card for payment of services. If you have dental insurance we will do our best to see that you receive your full benefits within the structure of your plan. We accept insurance assignment, but remind you that you are responsible for all fees not covered by your insurance. We also offer discounts for cash payments, and third-party financing for those who qualify.

Cancellations

We will make every effort to be on time for you and appreciate the same courtesy. If you are unable to make your scheduled time please give us an advanced notice of at least 48 business hours. We will assess a broken appointment fee for violations of this policy.

Facility/Location

The practice is located directly across from Presbyterian Hospital Matthews, in the AdBel Plaza. In this modern medical office facility we provide care with proven, state of the art techniques and equipment. Monitored sterilization is an important part of our infection control procedures.
